Data Overlap

Hello,
within my provided data it creates an overlap as to every respective object there exist multiple entries, one concerning the footprint area and several regarding roof and wall surface. When inserting the data to THERMOS it relates to 2-3 buildings instead of only one.
Is there any possibility to work around that with THERMOS for example using a csv-file to only extract the one object related to footprint area? Or is the only possibility to change the whole shape-file itself?

Hi - unfortunately THERMOS doesn't handle this for you.

You can probably solve this problem in QGIS or similar, but the specific operation will depend on the details of your data.

What you need to produce for THERMOS is a shapefile in which there is one polygon or multipolygon per building, with any attributes you want THERMOS to use associated with that polygon or multipolygon.
