Solar thermal system

Can a solar thermal system be integrated as a supply technology and if so, how? Can the volatile generation in combination with a storage be taken into account?

At the moment the supply model doesn't represent solar thermal. We would need some guidance on how to properly model it; presumably it would be something like a system which has available a certain amount of cheap/free heat but only at specific times.

There is probably also something in there about the grade of heat which would need elaborating.

I was also looking for a SOLAR THERMAL option. And a SEASONAL BUFFERING option.

@TomHinton what do you need to be able to integrate something as SolarThermal and Buffering? Can we provide information? requirments? formulas?
As I'm going to use it in a students-project upcoming months I am willing to help in order to get the most out of it.

@MartenD thanks for your offer - I do not yet know exactly what we would need, but we are nearing the end of the project and may not have budget to implement this at the moment. I'll speak with my colleagues about what to do on this.
