LiDAR uploads

@TomHinton Do the LiDAR uploads always need to be in a certain format? I see the example is .tiff and the data I have is .tif. I get the following error message:
Error uploading file: Internal Server Error 500

Even with a .tiff I still get the same internal server error message

As far as I can see it is working for most people at the moment, I can see map imports running through OK.

From looking at the logs I am guessing your tiff isn't georeferenced. Do you know if it has a coordinate reference system in it?

TomHinton I am not sure. I will try pulling data from a different source. I can only assume so, since it was a government repository.

** I have tried this and it did not work. I also tried deleting the project, starting over and using OSM as is. That also resulted in a map generation error. Any advice would be helpful.

@TomHinton I am still getting the same error, regardless of if I use LiDAR.

Can you give me a bit more information on what you're doing, or the URL of the project you are looking at?

TomHinton I am working on project 4138, I am doing nothing special with this one. I originally tried loading LiDAR. That did not work. I deleted the project and started over. Then I tried to simply select an area in OSM for the project. During the map generation project, Thermos faults out, giving the aforementioned error.

My only modification is an HDD value below 2000 at 17C (1991), otherwise I have done nothing unique for this one.

@TomHinton I believe has been failing because there were too many building nodes in the dense urban area. I tried a much smaller area and it works. How many nodes can Thermos handle?
